What is Truckapalooza?

This is the first community event focused on raising awareness of the BMRSD SEPAC's purpose and role within the school district. Check out our Facebook Event Page for updates and to add it to your calendar. Activities include:

What is "Quiet Hour?"

The first hour of the event is a "quiet hour" dedicated towards being a sensory friendly environment to accommodate families with children who have sensory or any other special needs.

This means that those with special needs will be prioritized and committed demonstrators will refrain from any displays or activities that involve loud sounds, flashing lights, and anything else that may trigger a sensory-related episode.

Raffle tickets prices are as follows:

1 Ticket = $1.00 | 6 Tickets = $5.00

12 Tickets = $10.00 | 25 Tickets = $20.00

How can I participate as a Vendor/Sponsor?

Event Sponsorship

Participate as an event sponsor for a flat donation of $100! All sponsorship donations help cover costs associated with Truckapalooza (e.g., advertising, concessions, raffle materials, etc.) and other future SEPAC activities. Sponsorship includes:

  • Inclusion on our website as an official sponsor

  • Lawn sign advertisements throughout the venue

  • Social media event promotion

  • Event brochures to be distributed the day of Truckapalooza with a Sponsorship directory

Register Vehicles for the Touch-a-Truck

Complete the Truckapalooza Vehicle Registration Form and submit with a copy of requested insurance information to bmrsepac@bmrsd.net


Reserve a Food Truck Space

Complete the Truckapalooza Food Truck Registration Form and submit with a copy of the following documents to bmrsepac@bmrsd.net:

  • Copy of active/approved licenses from the Board of Health, Police Department, Fire Department, etc. (includes certificate of insurance)

  • Proposed trash disposal plan
