How do our memories associated with places and objects impact our familial relationships? I focus on portraying the importance of familial bonds and creating positive memories with family. Having a deep connection with family members is significant to me and the experiences I have had with them play a big role in the shaping of our relationships. I use pictures taken whilst spending time with family and ones representing the value of our bonds, recreating them in a positive way. I enjoy experimenting with different ways to exhibit memories and relationships with family through the use of vibrant colors and mark making. Experimenting with my artwork helps me explore new ways to represent familial love and nostalgic moments spent with family.
