Job Shadow Experience

Job Shadow with Capstone Information Sheet

To better serve our students in exploring their future career and allowing them to make an informed decision with their choice, Bluffton Schools will be requiring students to job shadow a career field of their choice.

Students should complete the job by the start of their Senior year.

Students are responsible for finding and securing shadow placements and it is recommended that they discuss any issues in finding placement with our Ohio Means Jobs Job Coach so that they may assist if possible.

Grades for the experience will be incorporated into Government, Economics/CBI and all Senior English classes.
