Nestled just outside of downtown Littleton, this site features a gazebo and memorial fountain right in the middle of a large rose garden featuring a (very!) wide assortment of the flowers. At the right time of the year, the whole area smells fantastic!
Across the quiet street from the rose garden, there is another park with lakes and meandering paths for more photo backdrops.
What we love about this site:
The gazebo is perfect for a small wedding.
Location: close to Denver and downtown Littleton and everything that they have to offer.
Roses, roses, and more roses. They're everywhere!
Very reasonably priced.
Potential drawbacks of this site
Does require a permit.
The gazebo is not wheelchair accessible.
Accessibility
Parking: 15 spots of off-street parking. Ten or so in a parking lot just north of the garden. Due to it being a public park, we still recommend carpooling.
Vehicle type: for winter, make sure your vehicle has good ground clearance to get over snow, as well as 4-wheel drive for potential ice. For weddings held between September 1st and May 31st, note that Colorado has strict traction laws in place that affect what type of vehicle you are allowed to drive in the mountains. If you are planning a Colorado mountain wedding between these dates, please thoroughly read this blog post so you'll be driving the right type of vehicle. (Don't rely on the car rental companies to fill you in on this; our experience is that they don't.)
Accessibility: paved sidewalks around the garden. The garden itself though features only grass pathways.

Permits cost $350.
Reservations can be made up to 2 years in advance of ceremony date.
An advance reservation fee of $100 is mandatory for any reservations before January 1st of the calendar year of the event. This is nonrefundable and not considered a deposit.
