Water Well Services Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the WWS Connect mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the App.
By using WWS Connect, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
When you use the App, we may collect the following information:
Account Information: Name, email address, and phone number when you sign in with email, Google, or Apple.
Service Information: Property/service address, details of your service request (including problem description, type of request such as emergency/no water, preferred schedule, etc.), and any photos you attach to a request.
Device & Notification Information: Device information and push notification tokens so we can send you in-app notifications about your service requests (only if you have enabled notifications).
You may also use limited features of the App as a guest without creating an account.
We use the information we collect solely to:
Process and fulfill your service requests
Contact you about your requests
Know the correct service address
Send you in-app notifications regarding your requests (only if you have turned notifications on)
Maintain internal records and analyze service data (such as equipment performance and pump longevity) so we can improve the quality of service and equipment recommendations we provide to customers
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.
Your information is stored in:
Google Firebase (Firestore database and Authentication)
Jobber (our field service management system), where customer records and service forms are created
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
Your information is accessible only to Water Well Services Inc. and its employees who need it to perform their work.
We do not share your personal information with outside contractors, third-party marketers, or any other external parties for their own purposes.
We retain service request records indefinitely. This historical data helps us better understand equipment performance and industry trends so we can continue providing the best possible service and recommendations to our customers.
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by submitting a request through the account deletion form available in the App or by contacting us using the information below.
We will process deletion requests in a reasonable timeframe. Please note that we may retain certain records as required for legitimate business purposes or legal obligations.
The App uses the following third-party services:
Firebase Authentication (Google) – for email, Google, and Apple sign-in
Firebase / Firestore (Google) – for data storage
Jobber – for creating customer records and service forms
Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In – for authentication
These services have their own privacy policies governing the data they process.
WWS Connect is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy in the App or on our website and updating the “Last updated” date.
