Athletics Participation 

In order to participate in BCS athletics:

1.         There must be a Physical performed by a Private Health Care Provider or School Medical Director within 12 months from the start of a sport’s season, it must be completed on the REQUIRED NYS SCHOOL HEALTH EXAMINATION FORM.

2.          A parent/guardian must complete the online registration form which includes an Interval Health History for Athletics, this must be filled out within 30 days of the start of a sport’s season, unless the student has had a recent physical (see above) within 30 days from the start date of a sport’s season.

**If a student is injured during a sports season and requires more than a week to recover, they must have written clearance from a Provider in order to return to the sport. **
