Project: You will create an Instagram page (template provided to you) of the person you choose. You will need:

A colored in picture/drawing

A paragraph describing them (see research below)

Using the link above, go through and read the slides of inspirational and famous African-Americans.

Choose one person and research more about them.

On a lined sheet of paper, answer the following questions based on your research:

Who did you choose and why?

What did you find out about your person?

What are some things they accomplished?

What are some possible challenges they faced?

What inspires you about the person you chose?

Using this research, you will write one paragraph or more below your Instagram picture .
