We are the Carteret Home and School Association (HSA), a non-profit organization that fosters a strong partnership between families and the school to enrich students' educational and social experiences. Our HSA is made up of families, educators, staff, and community members who work together to plan fundraisers, events, and celebrations that help create a fun and supportive environment for our students.
We warmly encourage all parents to get involved. Your time and support make a meaningful difference for our school, our teachers, and—most importantly—our children.

Pay Your Membership Fee
Please submit your membership fee by September. Your contribution directly supports activities and events for our students. Only one membership fee is required per family, regardless of the number of students attending Carteret Elementary.
Volunteer Your Time
We all have busy schedules, including our teachers and staff. With a strong group of volunteers, we can ensure that activities, programs, and events are properly staffed and run smoothly.
Donation Matters
All activities and programs are funded through the HSA. Without the support of our local community and families, these opportunities wouldn’t be possible. No donation is too small, and every contribution is greatly appreciated.
Join Our Meetings
Attend HSA monthly meetings to stay informed about the latest events, decisions, and opportunities. Your voice matters, and we truly value the input and ideas from all members of our community. Share information about the HSA and our efforts with your friends, family, and neighbors. The more people involved, the more we can accomplish together!
