Hi, I'm Mrs. Dawn Rabbia. I have been teaching for 25 years. This is my seventh year in Bloomfield. I team teach Kindergarten with Mrs. McNinch. I earned my Bachelor's Degree at Bloomsburg University in Special Education in 1989. In 1998, I earned a Master's Degree in Reading from Montclair State University. I hold a Teacher of the Handicapped Certification, Teacher of Reading Certification, and a Reading Specialist Certification. In 2017 I earned my Pre-school through third grade certification in regular education, also from Montclair State University.

I live in Nutley with my husband, and twin daughters. We have two tortoises, Shelly and Crush. In my free time, I love to read, garden, craft and cook! I spend a lot of time cheering for my daughters who are a part of their college's marching bands! Go Caldwell Cougars and University of Delaware Blue Hens!
