BBMS Design
Course Overview
2D Design is in its second year while 3D Design is a new program at BBMS. Students will learn the importance of the design process through research, sketching, designing, modeling, and presenting. Students will learn how to access their creativity and problem solving skills when given various design focuses in Graphic, Fashion, Architecture, and much more.
About Mrs. Gomez
Hi everyone! I started at Blind Brook Middle School in the 2022-23 school year as the Design & Innovation teacher. I worked as a Fashion Designer for 10 years before deciding to get my Masters and Certification in Visual Arts Education. In 2023, I received my Career and Technical Education certification in Design.
Starting in the 2023-24 school year, I will offer 2D Design (6th G) and 3D Design (7th G) courses.
I am excited to continue to bring my various design and art skills to this amazing school and hope to inspire our students to explore the wonderful world of design!
