Week 8 Term 2 - Hands, Feet and Object to Yourself

Why is it important to keep your hands, feet and objects to yourself?

Because people might not like it

Keep everyone calmer

You could start losing friends

You could really hurt someone

So everybody is safe and happy

What are the consequences for not following this expectation?

Ask to go outside and breathe

Get a warning/letter home

Sent to the Principal

No Friday treat day, young leaders, camp etc

No one would want to go near you or trust you

Don't learn if you don't follow rules

What should a child do if they accidentally run into someone because they were not paying attention?

Take responsibilty and apologise. SPeak to an adult about it

Go up to the person, help them, ask if they are okay and apologise

See if they need an icepack or need to go to the sick bay
