I have the pleasure of teaching students P.E. at Deerfield!
Exercise and sports have always been a part of my life. I grew up in Seward, Nebraska.
My mom was my P.E. teacher and my dad was my high school principal!
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Physical Education from Northwest Missouri State University- Go Bearcats!
Then continued on with my Masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Doane College. I began teaching with Bellevue Public Schools in 2003. I have been a part of the Blair Community Schools team since 2014!
The best part of my job is introducing students to the many options of exercise and hope they will find something they enjoy so they can continue making healthy choices through their lifetime!
When I am not spending time in P.E. you can usually find my husband and I cheering on our three kids at their activities!
We love being a part of the Blair community.
