Flexibility is a huge part of cheerleading. Its importance ranges from kicks and jumps to injury prevention. Cheerleaders should aim to have their splits. This video provides a guide for daily stretches to increase flexibility. Remember, stretching for flexibility should be slightly uncomfortable, but should never hurt.

Motions
