Audrey Kildahl is a freshman and a new writer for the Century Star. Kildahl hopes to understand more about newspaper and learn more about journalism.
This school year, Kildahl's goals are to have good grades throughout the year and take new classes. “As a new student at Century, I joined newspaper class to talk to new people and learn new things, “ Kildahl said.
When not in the classroom, Kildahl loves to run cross country and track after school. As her cross country season comes to a close, she is looking ahead to the upcoming 2026 track season. She hopes to run the 1600 and 2300 meter races.
Kildahl hopes to one day start a successful business or pursue a career in the medical field. She said, "From when I was very little, I have always wanted to work in the medical field. However, I’m unsure of what that could look like, so I am taking new classes to explore other careers.”
Kildahl really enjoys making jewelry to sell in her spare time. She is very excited for the upcoming holiday season and all the festivities that come with it, such as for Christmas church services and, of course, seeing all her family.
