Spotify Wrapped was released on December 3, 2025, which gave listeners customized experiences and options, such as personalized playlists with each listener’s top artists.
Senior Kennedy Petryszyn
My top artist was Billie Eilish. My music taste has evolved over school. It stayed true to Billie Eilish, but it's shifted from sad emotional heavy music to more country/indie like Zach Bryan, Noah Kahan, and Hozier.
My top song was “Wash” by Bon Iver. I think everyone should listen to it during the hard stressful moments because of the light and sentimental moments and everything in between. I think my music taste matches the “typical” student at our school. I listen to pretty typical artists. All of them release very emotional and relevant music that most teenagers lean and graduate towards.

Sophomore Edyn Larson
My top artist was Olivia Rodrigo. My music taste has evolved over school by getting more sad. I started listening to more indie pop, like Gracie Abrams, and Billie Eilish. My top song was “Lover, You Should’ve Come Over” by Jeff Buckley. “Guts” by Olivia Rodrigo is a that song got her through the toughest times.”
I don't think my music taste matches the “typical” student at our school. I like older music and normally I go for sadder songs, when I feel like most kids at Century do not.

Freshman Aiyana Bartels
My top artist was Fleetwood Mac, and my top song was “Amber” by 311. A song that gets me through tough times is “Rhiannon” by Fleetwood Mac.
My music taste has evolved by changing up the artists I listen too. I used to listen to a lot of Bruno Mars last year, but now, I listen to older artists, like Johnny Cash and Fleet-wood Mac. A song that I think should appear on everyone's wrapped is “Wicked game” by Chris Isaak.
I don't think my music taste matches the “typical” student at our school. Most students at Century listen to rap and other genres like that, but I like older music.
Bristol Petryszyn is a freshman. This is her first year on the Century Star. Petryszyn’s goals for this year is to become a stronger writer and try new writing genres.
Some of Petryszyn’s interests are baking, reading, and dancing. Petryszyn is a dancer on the Century Centahnas dance team. It is her third year dancing. Petryszyn has many hopes for this dance season. "I hope to become close with my team by building new relationships so that our dancing as a team improves," Petryszyn said.
She currently works at the Bismarck Gymnastics Academy. Petryszyn said, “I love my job. All the kids I work with are amazing, and I enjoy teaching them.” Petryszyn has been working there since the start of the summer. In her free time, when she is not working, you can find her hanging out with her family, cleaning, or watching TV.
This year, Petryszyn's goals are to “work on her studies, become a better dancer, go out of her comfort zone, and get closer to her family and friends.” In the future, Petryszyn’s dream is to go to the University of Minnesota and become a nurse. “I love helping people. It makes me so happy,” Petryszyn said.
