Note: This Voter Registration Drive is to ensure that students who qualify to register to vote are given the opportunity to do so. Though voter registration cards have been delivered your campus, please order cards for your campus from the State of Texas Texas Request Portal link below.

Access the State of Texas Request Portal to order Voter Registration Applications
Read through the High School Deputy Registrar Training slides and implement the steps
Process
All eligible students will be given the opportunity to register to vote using the Voter Registration Applications when voter drive begins
Principal is the campus registrar and will distribute collect, review and mail applications, but can delegate this duty to a campus designee in writing
Interoffice memo
Applications are sent to the Secretary of State via US Post
Postage paid
Applications are distributed at least twice a year
Maximize the number of students being offered the opportunity to vote
Applications distributed within 30 days of the end of the semester
Send record your voter registration information at the Voter Registration Communication Page when your drive is over
