Embedded Files
In order for teachers and students to add or access Google files in Schoology, each user must add Google Drive to their Schoology resources.
Users will only need to connect their Google Drive once.
The first time users open a Google file, they will need to click APPROVE.
When a Google file is added to an assignment, Schoology automatically creates a copy for each student. This copy is generated at the moment the student clicks to open the file.
Students will be prompted to connect their Google account the first time the attempt to access a Google file within Schoology.
