Our mission is to examine the current engineering educational system to find and understand the barriers that contribute to disparities. By identifying these barriers, we aim to design, implement, and test innovative interventions that foster an inclusive and equitable learning environment. Through collaborative research, we strive to create a more accessible and diverse engineering education for all.
