Established and active for over ten years, The Peter T. and Shun Yee Chang Memorial Internship generously funds students at SUNY Binghamton for summer internships. Interns have gone on to establish careers in a host of areas, such as health and medicine, higher education, and pharmaceutical research.
Listen to Audie Chang's speech on his remarkable journey, which begins with his migration as a young boy with his family from China to America. Settling in New York Chinatown, he attended Brooklyn Tech High School and then chose the adventurous path of a double major in theater and history at Binghamton University.
He earned his MBA at NYU Stern Business School and has over 30 years of financial management experience working with public and private companies in SaaS, biotech, semiconductor, wind energy and consumer electronics as CFO, Corporate Controller and Consultant.
He, his wife Susan, their children and grandchildren live in California. To encourage the Chang interns and their fellow college students, he occasionally returns to New York to advise and share his life experiences.
