Important Information for Exhibitors

By signing up as a vendor for the 2020 Hemp Symposium & Expo at Binghamton University, please understand that all products sold must be compliant with federal and state regulations. Items considered non-compliant include but are not limited to:

  • Unapproved FDA products with unsubstantiated therapeutic or medical claims
  • Products that contain more than 0.3 percent THC on a dry weight
  • Hemp/CBD products claiming to be a dietary supplement - based on available evidence, FDA has concluded that THC and CBD products are excluded from the dietary supplement definition
  • Hemp/CBD food and drink products that contain anything other than hemp seed, hemp seed oil or hemp seed protein powder

Exhibitor Details

  • Cost per Exhibitor Table is $75 (includes one event admission)
  • Additional admission tickets available for $25 each
  • Set-up may begin Saturday morning, January 11 at 7:00am
  • Tear-down may occur at 4:00pm Saturday afternoon, January 11
  • You must agree to all federal and state guidelines if you wish to offer giveaways or sell products
  • Power availability is limited to a first-come, first-served basis - you must bring your own power strip, as they are not available at the ITC Complex
  • Each table will come with one (1) six-foot table, two (2) chairs and linen
  • Parking, continental breakfast and a light lunch are included
