Mission Statement
The mission of the Billings Public Schools Honor Orchestra Program is to inspire, educate, and challenge young musicians through collaborative musical experiences.

Program Information
The Billings Public Schools Honor Orchestra program consists of two orchestras comprised of string students (mostly) in grades 6-12. Students are auditioned in September of each year, and are placed according to their level of development. Our orchestra groups rehearse throughout the school year. Each semester includes a performance at Lincoln Center. The year concludes with all orchestra students making a school-day tour where they showcase their hard work to elementary school students.
The Honor Orchestra program is open to any Billings Public Schools student enrolled in their school's music program, or Billings area students enrolled in an orchestra program or taking private lessons.
