As an engineering & PM manager for: General Dynamics, Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, Boeing- for Over 15 years provided Management Life Cycle support and evaluations of large systems integration, cost performance and cost metrics evaluations of - UAV, Space Communications Programs. Including Management support for programs with international content- subject to the international guidelines of ITAR for NATO where engineering evaluations of system of systems were part of the deliverables.

Internal Accounting and Cost Controls Systems are monitored by the Defense Cost Accounting Agency (DCAA)  as defined  by the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
