Within 24 hrs. of enrollment, you will receive an e-mail with directions and links to sign into your learning coach account. If you have multiple children enrolled, they will all be linked to your one learning coach account.
Learning Coach Dashboard
The learning coach is able to view the daily progress for each of their students from their dashboard. To switch between students, just select the drop down arrow next to Student 1's name and select whose progress you would like to view.
Preparing & Planning Lessons
From your dashboard login, select any course. From there, you will select Home to see the daily To Do List for the student. Select Plan, then select Advance Prep for Today to view all of your students' advanced prep.
How to Skip an Optional Lesson
Any optional unit or lesson does not have to be done by the student. If it is done by the student, it will not show in their progress percentages.
Under the Plan tab, select Student (BHOLC) > Weekly Plan.
On either the Daily or Weekly Tab, the checked green circle means the lesson is completed. When the lesson is optional and you click the empty green circle, you get a pop up window with the option to select whether you are done with the lesson or want to skip it.
Taking Days Off
It is good to let the program know when the student takes days off to prevent an overwhelming amount of Daily to-do's piling up when they log back in. To set up your students schedule, select Plan > Schedule Setup.
On the calendar, select the days you plan to take off, they will highlight green, then select Save.
Entering Attendance
When you log in to your learning coach account, the green bar on the left is where you can enter attendance. The number to the right of Attendance is the total days missing attendance for all assigned students. Once you select Attendance, select the date you would like to enter attendance on the calendar and enter the amount of time the students worked in each course or autofill with the suggested time provided. The attendance screen shows which days attendance was not entered for each student by selecting view on the top right.
Progress Pacing
To view the students progress and help design a plan that works and also meets the course completion deadline, you can go to
Progress Tab > Student (BHOLC) > Progress
You will be provided with an overview of all of the students' courses and a progress bar for each, showing where the student is.
We recommend changing the lessons from percentages to numbers. You can make this change under Change Progress View Options bar on the right side of the screen.
Open View Progress Details for each course (located under Total number of lessons and Course Name). This detailed summary will show the current average lessons completed per week and the goal amount of lessons to complete in a week to complete all of the lessons.
