Bio:
The 2025-26 school year will be my 14th year as an educator and my 12th as a Timber Creek Charger! I graduated from Rowan University in 2012 with both a BA in History and a BA in Secondary Education. Immediately after graduation I began work as a teacher for the Millville Public School District and spent the first two years of my career there before moving to Creek in 2015. In 2020 I was awarded the James Madison Memorial Fellowship for history educators and completed my Masters degree in American History/Constitutional Studies at both Rowan and Georgetown Universities. I am a PROUD CHARGER and look forward to another exciting year as a I get to know you and your families.
To me history is simply the most fascinating, engaging, and relatable subject taught in our high schools. It sheds light on where we've been as a civilization to help us better understand where we're going. It is my sincere hope that as this school year progresses I inspire every student to think more deeply about the world in which we all live.
