5th Grade Reading

About me

Hello, my name is Marian Pany.  My husband and I live in Lehigh County. I have two married children named Jenny and Kevin,  a granddaughter, Avery and four grandsons, Grayson, Mason, Owen and Tyler.  In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, reading of course, any outdoor activities and cooking.  

I completed my undergraduate degree in Elementary Education at Kutztown University and received my Masters Degree as a Reading Specialist from Kutztown as well.  I started my teaching career teaching 5th grade for four years and 4th grade for two years in Bucks County.   I then taught for Lehigh Carbon Intermediate Unit as a Reading Specialist for three years.  This is my twentieth year at BHASD.  I taught 7th grade reading for ten years and am currently in my tenth year teaching 5th grade reading.   BHASD is my favorite school of all!  I am looking forward to working with you this year!
