Hello Brandywine Heights families!  I am excited to start my first year here at Brandywine Heights as your Middle School Counselor.  This is my 17th year as a School Counselor, but my first transitioning from a K-6 school building to the Middle School setting.  This school year I will be teaching 8th grade students in Practical Arts, where we will learn about school success skills, as well as look at career options, and how to deal with frustration.  I will be teaching 6th grade and 7th grade career exploration and other topics with Mrs. Peters during some library times.  I am looking forward to getting to know the students, and can be reached by email at dansei@bhasd.org or by phone at extension 3007.  

A little about me, my husband and I are both educators and have three children.  Cora and Lucy are in 7th grade this year and Owen is in 5th grade.  I enjoy sewing, running, and gardening when not kept busy with our children's activities.
