The art workshop held on 2^nd December will see pupils generate an outcome for their Kabuki coursework component.

The textured surface component hand in date was 22^nd November. This work will now be stored securely in school. Pupils may wish to use the weekly lunchtime and after school art clubs before they start the externally set task to improve their textured surface component. For example by adding further reflective annotation to their sheets/sketchbooks and or refining their final outcome.

The externally set task will begin after the Mock Exams in January. After the prep work period pupils will produce an outcome in controlled exam conditions and the provisional date for this is 3^rd and 4^th May 2023 at which point the course will be complete.

This year sees a return to normal submissions with coursework weighted at 60% of the mark and the exam at 40%.
