Parental SOCS access

A parental account gives you access to view what clubs your child has signed up to, sign up to clubs on their behalf and see when these clubs and music lessons are happening.

The first time you use SOCS you will need to click on "ACTIVATE ACCOUNT" on this page. You will need to use an email address that you have registered with the school. Your email provider may filter out automated emails like this so if you do not receive an email do please check your junk mail.

Once your account is created you can sign in on this page and see your child's activities.

Should you ever forget your password please use the "FORGOT PASSWORD" link as no-one at school can view the password you use.

SOCS have also created a video on activating your account.

Music and Lamda lessons can be viewed in the Calendar tab in SOCS. It is also possible to sync these to other calendar applications. To add all of your child's clubs, fixtures and co-curricular lessons to your calendar please click the "Calendar sync" menu item and then follow the instructions. 

To see what your child has signed up to...

• Click on the "Activities" menu item

• Click on "My activities"

• Open the folders to see which clubs they are signed up to

• For each club you can view the staff running it and when and where the club happens

To sign up to activities for your child...

• Click on “Activities” menu item

• Click on "Available Activities"

• Open the appropriate folders 

• Pick clubs that your child will attend.

• Click “Add” for the club you want them to attend

• Click the blue “Add activity” on the next page to confirm this

Please note that while SOCS is kept up to date there may be situations with last minute cancellations or changes that we are not able to add to SOCS before the event.
