Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County operates the 21st CCLC program at Conniston Middle School, 3630 Parker Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL 33405. 160 students in grades 6-8 participate during the school year (179 days) from 3:00 pm-5:30 pm, M-F, and in the summer (34 days) from 8:00 am-3:30 pm, M-F, beginning beginning August 10, 2022 to July 21, 2023. Program activities include ESSA approved program activities: Academic Enrichment; Literacy Education; STEM; Healthy and Active Lifestyles; Well-rounded Education Activities; Career Competencies & Career Readiness, and Cultural Programs. Core academic subjects are taught by FDOE certified teachers (teacher to student ratio 1:15) and are aided by ELL and ESE certified teachers, as needed.
