I have been in the Hospitality Industry for 43 years. In that time I have been blessed to do an abundance of different job titles from the smallest all the way to ownership. My passion is having the opportunity to pass the experiences and lessons learned, on to the young people that enter my classroom.

I am married to a fantastic woman named Shelley, and we have three supernatural children aging from 11 to 21. As a family, we love to boat, chase sunsets and attend church. Moreover, of course we all love food.

As we enter into an unprecedented year, I want to assure you that I have the well-being and care for every student that enters this building, as my number one priority. I look forward to having a fantastic year learning and growing skills that can be used for a lifetime.
