I would like to welcome students and parents into the 2020-2021 school year. Check back here from time to time to see what is new or to just refresh your memory. This site will contain links and information about the various classes offered under the course description Culinary Arts. At this time those are: 8th Grade Intro to the Hospitality Industry, Restaurant Management, Baking and Pastry, and Fundamentals of Food Production. I have been in the Hospitality Industry for 43 years. In that time I have been blessed to do an abundance of different job titles from the smallest all the way to ownership. My passion is having the opportunity to pass the experiences and lessons learned, on to the young people that enter my classroom.
I am married to a fantastic woman named Shelley, and we have three supernatural children aging from 11 to 21. As a family, we love to boat, chase sunsets and attend church. Moreover, of course we all love food.
As we enter into an unprecedented year, I want to assure you that I have the well-being and care for every student that enters this building, as my number one priority. I look forward to having a fantastic year learning and growing skills that can be used for a lifetime.
