This Privacy Policy applies to the Rejecto mobile application (the “Application”), developed and operated by Better Apps Better You LTD (the “Service Provider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in the United Kingdom.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal data when you use the Application.
By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

Rejecto includes social features. As part of the core functionality:
Your display name is visible to other users and cannot be hidden
Your profile picture, if uploaded, is visible to other users
Your activity data (such as likes, interactions, and connections) may be visible to other users
If you do not wish to share this information, you must stop using the Application and uninstall it.
We may automatically collect:
Device type and model
Operating system and version
App version
IP address (approximate location only)
Usage data, crash logs, and diagnostic information
We do not collect precise real-time location data.
The Application includes artificial intelligence–powered features, including an AI assistant inspired by the mindset and principles of Maureen Koepke (“AI Features”).
When you use AI Features:
Your messages and inputs may be processed by automated systems
Data may be transmitted to third-party AI service providers to generate responses
Responses are generated automatically and are not reviewed by a human by default
AI-generated content is provided for informational and self-reflection purposes only
We may store AI interactions temporarily to provide functionality, improve the service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
AI Features do not provide medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice.
We process personal data for the following purposes:
To provide and operate the Application
To enable social features and user interactions
To process subscriptions and purchases
To improve functionality, performance, and security
To respond to support requests and communications
To prevent fraud, abuse, and policy violations
To comply with legal obligations
We may also use aggregated or anonymized data for analytics and product improvement.
We process your personal data based on one or more of the following legal grounds:
Performance of a contract (providing the Application and its features)
Legitimate interests (security, analytics, moderation, product improvement)

To measure and improve our marketing and advertising performance, the Application may collect and share certain identifiers and in-app events with advertising and analytics partners.
This may include partners such as Meta (Facebook), Google, and attribution providers.
Where permitted by your device, we may request access to your advertising identifier (e.g. Apple IDFA)
If you choose “Ask App Not to Track”, we will not access your advertising identifier
In that case, only aggregated and anonymized attribution data (such as Apple’s SKAdNetwork) will be used
The Application uses third-party services that process data in accordance with their own privacy policies, including but not limited to:

Google Analytics for Firebase

AdMob

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.
We may share personal data only in the following circumstances:

User-provided data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter
Automatically collected data is generally retained for up to 24 months

You may stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted promptly.

Rejecto and Better Apps Better You LTD maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE).
We do not allow, promote, or host content involving CSAE or the endangerment of minors. Any such material will be removed immediately and reported to the appropriate authorities.
Users may report concerning behavior through in-app reporting tools or by contacting childsafety@betterappsbetteryou.com.
Users must adhere to community standards, including:
No harassment, hate speech, threats, or abuse
No sexually explicit content involving minors
No scams, spam, or deceptive behavior
You may block users from their profile
Blocked users cannot interact with or notify you
You may report content or behavior through in-app tools
Reports are reviewed promptly and appropriate action may be taken.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.
However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted within the Application or on our website.
Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
