Inheritance and Legacies
TOPIC #0018: Inheritance and Legacies
When we look at how VAT is paid, one could simply say that is someone gives a product of value for free to onother person, no tax is being paid. This seems reasonable, because the VAT on that product is already paid, so why tax it again. It is different when a person pays his money to his children. Normally VAT is required, and to keep things clean, it is better to leave it that way. So even when you are dead, if your money is transferred to a wallet of another natural person, the VAT will be paid.
