#BHSreads2018
#BHSreads goes to the movies!
What is #BHSreads?
As a part of Bethel High School's ongoing encouragement of lifelong readers, students will select at least one title to read over the summer and participate in collaborative discussion groups at the beginning of the new school year.
Students should read one of the books selected as #BHSreads2018 titles by a committee of faculty and students over the summer and come prepared to participate in a discussion group on their chosen title during the first weeks of school. These discussion groups will be led by both faculty and student facilitators. Students can feel free to take notes on their selected title over the summer in preparation for these discussions. Students can contact a #BHSreads2018 committee member with any questions (Ms. Troetti, Ms. Wismar, and Mr. Sarrazin).
Please note that students enrolled in honors and AP courses for the 2018-19 school year will have additional/alternate required reading and associated assignments to complete. Please see our webpage on Honors/AP Summer Reading for more information.
