Romans 1:19, 20 & 8:19 - This class focuses on the practical as well as spiritual realities of encountering God in nature: surviving and thriving with unbounded delight as we adventure in creation, slow down, pay attention, and listen as all creation declares His glory and speaks His purposes. The Wilderness is a call to encounter God as we both listen to nature and speak into the creation around us. Miracles happen! We will plan 2 voluntary outings on Fridays during the trimester. Both instructors have over 20 years experience in leading trips in the mountains, deserts, rivers and seas, with signs & wonders following.
The Practical - What do you need for a day or 3 day outing: clothing, equipment, gear briefing, and outdoor skills.
The Spiritual - Hearing from creation and speaking into creation: knowing your atmosphere, honoring creation, dreams & visions, the metaphor of creation, God speaking to us in every detail, coincidence, changing the weather, servant dominion - stewardship of the earth, Romans 8:19.
The Wilderness - a call to encounter God, how the spiritual reality of a region effects the natural realm - the resonance of creation, seeing Miracles in nature: water and land healed, etc.

It has been said that the two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why. You were designed by a loving Creator with a unique purpose to fulfill. As your purpose becomes known, you begin to realize the enormity of your value as a human being. With a picture of your destiny engraved in your heart, you will resist the temptation to quit or settle for less.
This AMT will help you identify your spiritual gifts, clarify your God-given passions and equip you with the necessary tools to find and fulfill your destiny in the Lord. We also help you uncover and address personal issues that may hinder you in fulfilling God's purpose and create an action plan to becoming the person that God created you to be.
