Journey of hope, taught by Laurie Ann Kendrick, is an AMT for equipping students on how to wait well on promises and prophetic words and how to practically live out our faith and walk in supernatural hope! Students will learn biblical perspective on waiting, dreaming with God and stewarding promises and prophetic words. The heart is to teach you to co-labor and see Heaven invade, while equipping you to navigate disappointment and build longevity. We will study the life and stories of people of faith in the Bible, specifically David and Abraham and what co-laboring in prayer looked like for them.
Being in healthy community isn’t optional, it is required for transformation, healing and spiritual maturity. Join Tracy Rice in this AMT which highlights the critical nature of attaching to others and give guidelines for developing, protecting and managing those connections.
This class is designed to help BSSM students understand the foundations on how to create healthy relationships in all areas of their lives; from peer to peer interactions, dating relationships, and friendships.
Our vision is to see a revolutionary shift in the way every individual understands, values, and stewards purity and morality. This shift will help establish the safest, healthiest and purest generation that has ever walked the face of the earth. It is these individuals who embrace this divine wisdom that will break unhealthy mindsets, free mankind to value purity, honor marriage and empower wholeness in every family.
This class is about how to process pain and emotion in a healthy way so that it fuels connection with God as well as the people involved vs disappointment, offense, or bitterness. We see the need for people to have these tools that have them equipped to take their relational pain to the Lord and get healing, freedom, and truth.
This AMT is designed to help you grow in your confidence in speaking in front of others and help you prayerfully think through what you feel the Lord is asking you to share. This class offers no formulas but will impart to you wisdom and tools necessary to being an impactful communicator. I firmly believe that inside of every believer there is a treasure chest of stories, testimonies, sermons and teachings waiting to be unearthed and put into the service of the Lord.
Here are a few different scenarios that we will be working to help you ready yourself for:
You get asked to share a two minute message, what do you say?
You get asked to share your testimony in 5 minutes or less, where do you start? What details are important to share and what do you leave out?
You get asked to share about your time at BSSM at your home church. How do you distilled your time here in a single service?
