If you use our services or products this way, the terms automatically apply to you. This constitutes a binding agreement between "you", "your", and "we", "our", and Authenticator & Password MA. Therefore, please ensure that you have read these terms carefully before using them. Suppose you are using our products on behalf of an organization (such as your employer). In that case, you agree to these terms for that organization and confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

1.1 By using our services, you agree that you may not provide or copy any documents, images, brand names, or logos ("Service Content").
1.2 The content provided through the service is the property of Authenticator & Password MA or our content providers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Content received through the service may only be accessed for your personal, non-commercial use. You are not allowed to copy or modify the application, any part of the application, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the application, nor should you attempt to translate the application into other languages or create derivative versions. The application itself and all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights associated with it remain with us.
1.3 If you become aware that our products, or yours, are being counterfeited or reproduced in a way that constitutes an infringement of copyright and intellectual property rights, please provide us or our copyright agent with the following information and photographs:
An effective electronic or physical signature on behalf of the owner of a copyright or other intellectual property that has been accepted by a competent authority.
Images or products that you believe are infringing.
A description of the works that you believe are copyrighted.
Your contact information: email, phone number, address.
A statement that the above information is not authorized by the copyright owner.
A declaration that the information you provide is accurate and valid. If the information you provide is false, you may be subject to penalties for perjury.
2. Rules for Using the Service
We are committed to providing you with the best possible service and experiences. Therefore, we reserve the right to modify or charge for the application at any time for any reason.
This application stores and processes personal data you have provided to us to deliver our services. You are responsible for keeping your phone and app access secure. We advise against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as it may expose your device to harmful software, viruses, or malware, affecting the app's functionality.
Certain app features require an active internet connection, either via Wi-Fi or your mobile network provider. We cannot be held responsible if the app's functionality is incomplete due to a lack of Wi-Fi or data access.
If you use the app outside a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's terms and conditions will still apply. By using the app, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including data roaming charges if you use the app outside your home territory without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device you are using the app on, we assume you have permission from the bill payer to use the app.

We cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect losses you encounter due to your complete dependence on the app's functionality.
At times, we may want to update the app. The current app is available on various systems, and system requirements may change. You'll need to download updates to continue using the app. We do not promise the app will always be updated to fit your needs or operate with the version installed on your device. However, you agree to accept updates when provided. We may also discontinue the app and terminate your use without notice. Upon termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you under these terms will end, and (b) you must stop using and delete the app from your device.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the use or inability to use the application, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, or incidental damages, or consequences, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the application and do not guarantee the application will always work without problems or errors.
We are not responsible for any damage caused by the use or misuse of the personal data you have provided in the application.
We are not responsible for any external information or content you may access through in-app links or materials.
We are not responsible for the application not functioning fully or being interrupted due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to technical problems, network interruptions, or emergencies.
You assume all risks and responsibilities associated with using the application and decisions based on the content and information within the application.
This disclaimer applies to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.
If you disagree with this disclaimer's terms, you should not continue using the application.
4. Payment Policy

5. Auto-Renew Subscription

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that edition.
