Meetings are held in the Spanish and Portuguese Library (5125 Dwinelle) on Fridays 2-3pm and synchronously over Zoom (email julianvargo@berkeley.edu for Zoom). We have two dedicated physical spaces located on the C level of Dwinelle: room 55 (research office) and room 57 (a recording studio).

The Sociolinguistics Lab at Berkeley (SLaB) was established in fall 2019 to promote research on sociolinguistics, language variation and language change. SLaB is jointly housed in UC Berkeley's Department of Linguistics and the Department of Spanish and Portuguese.
