Jenya Kahn-Lang

I am a Fellow at Resources for the Future. My research interests fall in the intersection of energy and environmental economics and industrial organization. Most of my research focuses on electricity markets and their impact on climate change and social equity, including topics in utility regulation, retail electricity markets, wholesale electricity market design, distributed energy resources, retail rate design, and market barriers to an equitable climate transition. I received my PhD in Agricultural and Resource Economics from UC Berkeley and my BA from Pomona College. Prior to graduate school, I worked as a Senior Consultant at Energy and Environmental Economics Inc. (E3).
