Welcome to my webpage! I'm a postdoc in the Department of Statistics at the University of California, Berkeley. I received my PhD from Berkeley in May 2024, advised by Philip B. Stark. Before Berkeley, I worked as a research assistant in the Department of Health Care Policy at Harvard Medical School in the lab of Sharon-Lise Normand. I got my Bachelors Degree in Mathematics at Bowdoin College. I am enthusiastic about a wide range of problems with potentially positive impacts on science or society. I've worked on applications in:

• Cardiovascular and psychiatric outcomes research

• Motor carrier safety, active transportation, and infrastructure planning

My technical research interests include:

• Causal inference

• Nonparametrics 

• Design-based statistics

• Policy optimization

• Sequential analysis

• Supervised learning

I'm also interested in the history and philosophy of statistics, science, and knowledge. Outside of science and statistics, I write poetry, produce electronic music, and occasionally make visual works.
