Bio: Sam Jazzo joined Kaiser Permanente Ventures in 2023 as an Associate. He brings valuable experience as both a founder and investor in digital health.

Prior to joining Kaiser Permanente Ventures, Sam was an Entrepreneur-in-Training with Menlo Ventures’ startup studio, an investment intern with Cobalt Ventures, a Flare Capital scholar, and the founder & CEO of Kinometrix. In all of his roles, Sam has worked to create and support game changing innovations in digital health and care delivery.

During his time at Haas, Sam's team reached the VCIC Global Finals in 2021 for Square Wheel Ventures,
