Hi, I’m Armaan Shergill, a dedicated educator and mentor passionate about helping students unlock their full potential and achieve their academic and college goals.
I graduated from UC Berkeley, the #1 ranked public university in the United States, where I earned an Honors degree in Public Health in just three years. In high school, I scored in the 98th percentile on the SAT. My journey in education has always been marked by a commitment to excellence and a drive to succeed. These experiences shaped my understanding of what it takes to excel academically.
My professional background includes years of teaching and mentorship. I’ve worked closely with students to build confidence crafting their own stories on college applications, breaking down complex subjects, and creating personalized strategies for success. Whether it’s teaching in English, Math, or Science, guiding high school students in planning their course schedules and extracurriculars, or providing expert college advising and essay coaching, I’m committed to meeting each student where they are and helping them reach their goals.
You can typically find me guest teaching around Elk Grove and Sacramento, researching and publishing in medical journals, or working on my application to Medical School. I love staying curious and exploring new ideas — a mindset I bring into every session to make learning engaging and fun. My approach is student-centered, compassionate, and focused on results, ensuring that each learner feels supported on their journey to success.
Let’s work together to empower your academic future!
