In the Control Panel click the right-arrows next to Grade Center:
View Submissions in the Grade Center:
Ungraded submissions have a green exclamation point; graded entries reflect the score:
Add New Columns
While columns are automatically created in Grade Center any time you set up an assignment, test, or survey, you may wish to add your own columns (for example, for Participation).
Click Create Column, enter a name for the column, and click Submit:
Work Offline
You can export your Grade Center to your hard drive and open it with MS Excel.
1. Click Work Offline, and select Download.
2. Select Delimiter Type: Comma to save as a .csv file that opens in MS Excel:
3. View the file on your computer and make grade changes without changing the rows/columns.
4. To upload the file back to the Grade Center, save it as a CVS (Comma Delimited) .cvs file.
Weight Grades
1. First make sure that all columns to be included in the overall course weighting have been created.
2. Scroll to the Weighted Total column, and select Edit Column Information:
3. In section 3 of the Edit Weighted Column page, select a column, click the right arrow, and enter the weight percentage for the column:
4. Repeat until the Total Weight equals 100%, and click Submit.
It is recommended that you make each item in the Grade Center worth 100 points.
