Cheryl Weiner Rosenberg
Cheryl Weiner Rosenberg is a proud parent of four children, all of whom have attended Ben Porat Yosef since early childhood. Asher (7th), Caleb (5th), Siona (4th), and Shai (1st) consider BPY a second home, and their friends are like family. Cheryl and her children live in Englewood, NJ and primarily attend Kehilat Kesher Synagogue.
Cheryl has been actively involved in leadership within BPY for many years. She served as raffle chair, dinner co-chair, dinner campaign chair, board member, secretary, and president of the board of trustees. Cheryl is passionate about supporting and growing BPY in order to give children the opportunity to learn the values which are dear to her family for years to come.
Beyond BPY, Cheryl carries her passion for Jewish education to her role as the senior director of marketing and communications for Prizmah: Center for Jewish Day Schools, as well as to her positions on the executive committee of Teach NJS and the leadership council of the Jewish New Teacher Project.
Cheryl recently completed the Berrie Fellows Leadership Program and serves as a city council member representing the first ward in Englewood, NJ. Cheryl has a degree in communications and commerce from the University of Pennsylvania.
