Our mission is to raise the standard of practice in the DEI industry and therefore we focus on competency, skill and capacity building. The academy is designed to support professionals with DEI responsibilities to develop the necessary knowledge, skills and competencies to carry out workplace DEI in their organisation. The academy provides a mixture of training, coaching and peer to peer challenge. This is not a marketing or business course.

Ashanti Bentil-Dhue

Ashanti Bentil Dhue (she/her) is a leading DEI, Leadership and organisational change speaker, practitioner and coach in the UK. Ashanti helps organisations to drive change through conscious and self aware conversation. She teaches that systemic change comes from taking a considered, blended approach with the inclusion of appropriate lived experience along with dynamic and innovative approaches to facilitated thinking. This brings powerful accountability to the change process. Well in advance of delivering any training and education, Ashanti focuses organisations on how they prepare senior leaders, managers and employees for the challenges creating equity in the workplace brings.
Moreover, Ashanti is able to bring the experience she gained from over five years spent as a Regulatory Compliance AVP in the finance sector for the likes of Santander Bank, Barclaycard and the Financial Ombudsman Service. This experience has given Ashanti an understanding of corporate governance and challenges associated with leadership and executing transformation and workplace culture shifts.
