3. My partner/husband is really involved in birth prep - can they come?

Absolutely! We want you to feel like everyone is gaining insight to have the best birth possible. Bring your husband, mom, sister - whoever is supporting you.

4. I'm only 20ish weeks along, is that too early?

Definitely not; we see the most successful births and postpartum recoveries associated with an early and often approach to support (therapy, adjustments etc). 

5. Who are the experts? What makes them qualified?
