1. Research prominent women working in the theatre industry, such as Katie Mitchell, Vicky Featherstone, Emma Rice, Yvonne Brewster, Bunny Christie
2. There’s been a real shift in the UK in terms of acknowledging cultural diversity. Research into the following areas:
- How has theatre become more diverse? - Where is this seen? Do we have any examples? - Where is theatre still falling behind with diversity? - What can be done to improve this? Write up your findings into a short article.

1. Run a club- ask if you can come in and take the lead in one of the drama clubs in school
2. Make an audiovisual recording of TWO contrasting monologues. They should both last for approximately 1-2 minutes and be taken from published plays. They should contrast in either theme, historical period, style or genre.
