Dress Like a Chef Relay!

Thursday, Sept 9th & Friday, Sept. 10th

During our ServSafe Food Handler certification unit, students participated in a relay race that tested their food safety knowledge.

Students dressed in a chef uniform and answered questions on foodborne illness, pathogens, personal hygiene, and chef uniforms.

About Chef Doucet

I'm so excited to be in my second year as a culinary teacher at Bellville High School! I graduated from the University of North Texas with a B.S. in Hospitality Management in May 2020 and completed an alternative certification program to become a culinary teacher in May 2021.

Through college I worked as a member of kitchen staff at Camp Cho-Yeh in Livingston and later as a kitchen staff trainer, event staff and later sales intern at Circle R Ranch in Flower Mound, and a pizza delivery driver for Domino's. I'm excited to share my culinary knowledge and continue building the Brahma culinary program!
