Lapses: If you forget to pay, the app will still be accessible, but your stream links will not start. You can check the date on your home screen to see if your access has expired. If you are unsure, email us for confirmation. To reactivate, just send a new e-transfer. We hold your profile indefinitely, but please note: we only process activations once the money clears the bank during our operating hours (Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST).
The E-Transfer Recipe
Log into your online banking app or web portal and send your Interac e-transfer using these exact details:

CRITICAL STEP (The Note): In the e-transfer message/note section, you must type your Username (Subscription ID). Example: "Top Up Username123". WE provied this it not a WI-FI or Amazon code FYI - you get when you first login after payment
Note: If you are a brand new member, type in New Setup. If you are paying for multiple subscriptions say two new setups make sure the math is correct. Later for renewals: we remind you 7 days before as a courtesy mark on your calanada or oay right away dont waint for last miniute payment and be disappointed. If paying for several subscriotions at once you must list EVERY username in the note, or your payment will sit in limbo.
Step 2: Wait for Activation
Once your e-transfer clears the bank, we will manually apply the credit to your account. If you are a new member, we will reply via email with your official Username, Password, and a link to the Active Member Support Hub.
A quick heads-up on timing: E-transfers can sometimes take anywhere from a few seconds to a few hours to process depending on the banks. Please be patient! We run this service from home, so life, family, and the day-to-day can sometimes keep us busy. Feel free to shoot us a quick email saying "Payment Sent"—it really helps us keep an eye out for it!
⚠️ Important E-Transfer Tip: We have set up Auto-Deposit to make this smooth and frictionless. If you enter our email address correctly (pay@begoodvpn.com), the money will deposit automatically—no confusing security questions required!
If it asks for a Security Question: Stop and double-check the email address. A security prompt usually means there was a typo in the email you entered. The bank system will still send the money to a misspelled email, and we will never receive it.
If you think a transfer is lost: Check your banking app to see if the transfer says "Pending." If it is pending, there is a good chance a typo occurred. Cancle it right away and resend it the correc address. Email us if not sure.
(Rare Exception): Some smaller banks or credit unions do not support auto-deposit. If your bank absolutely forces you to use a security question, please email us the answer immediately so we can manually accept the funds without delay.
