Latin 1 Enrichment

Here are some optional activities for you to complete to get your daily dose of Latin over the school closure (note that everything is optional, and will not be graded or count for extra credit):

- Review vocabulary using Quizlets posted on my website

- Continue working on your Biography Project. The Ancient Celebrity Profile, Modern Celebrity Profile, and Essay Template were all due before school closed, so if you're missing any of these steps, now would be a great time to get caught up!

- Read the Latin children's book, "Octavus Octopus." There's a glossary at the end for vocab help, and a fill-in-the-blank activity after the story that you can complete if you'd like.

-Play this general review Kahoot (running through 3/26)

-Read the Latin children's book, "Ursus et Porcus." There's a glossary at the end for vocab help, and a fill-in-the-blank activity after the story that you can complete if you'd like.

-Complete this Roman Numeral Sudoku (the goal is to fill the grid so that every row, every column and every 3x3 box contains the numbers 1 to 9 (or in this case I-IX).

-Read the Latin children's book, "Rena Rhinoceros." There's a glossary at the end for vocab help, and a fill-in-the-blank activity after the story that you can complete if you'd like.
