In an effort to provide consistent support for students and families who are navigating learning opportunities at home, BCPS wants to remind you of the availability of the Virtual Help Center. This resource is designed to help with technology needs during the 2021-2022 school year. The BCPS Virtual Help Center offers helpful information on the following topics: Chromebooks, Google, Canvas, Clever, Parent University, PowerSchool, etc. Additionally, the BCPS Virtual Help Center has an “Email or Chat with Us” feature where students and families can pose specific questions and get a response from a BCPS division ITC. We encourage you to explore this RESOURCE and hope that you find this additional layer of tech support provided to students and families helpful.
